According to the law enacted on April 4, 2015, it is prohibited for workers who do not possess a Vocational Qualification Certificate in mandatory scopes to work in factory areas.
SEKİZLİ MACHINE AND CRANE Inc., one of the leading companies in the Machine and Crane Production Sector, has not shied away from its responsibility in this regard and, depending on the economic situation of our country, has joined forces with the Vocational Qualification Institution for the producer company - YBK collaboration.
Employees and our companies will be eligible to obtain internationally recognized Vocational Qualification Certificates if they pass the theoretical and practical exams conducted by the authorized certification body, ALBERK QA PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION AND ACADEMIC SERVICES Inc. In this context, our employees and factories will not have to pay any application fees.
WHAT IS THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR MYK VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE?
The Law Amending Some Laws and Decree Laws Regarding Occupational Health and Safety was enacted with Law No. 6645 adopted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey on April 4, 2015. This law has made significant changes to Law No. 5544 on the Vocational Qualification Institution.
One of the most important changes brought by these amendments is undoubtedly the obligation to obtain a certificate for professions closely related to the working and business world.
According to the law; "In professions classified as dangerous and very dangerous, whose standards are published by the Vocational Qualification Institution and specified in communiqués to be issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, individuals who do not have a Vocational Qualification Certificate in accordance with the principles laid down in the Vocational Qualification Institution Law twelve months after the publication of the communiqués cannot be employed."
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE FOR EMPLOYEES?
From the perspective of employees, the main advantage of having a certificate is to prove competence in the relevant profession. Thus, distinguishing skilled workers from unskilled ones in the workforce will allow for the reorganization of working conditions accordingly.
Due to the prohibition of employing workers without certificates, new job opportunities will arise for certificate holders. Moreover, thanks to the Europass internationally recognized certificate, certified employees will be able to find employment opportunities abroad. Certificate holders will provide significant cost advantages to their employers through premium incentives, which will be a factor in hiring preferences and positively impact working conditions. For our employees currently working, the employer's premium payment is valid for up to 12 months within this incentive.
Especially in the placement of professional experts who are certificate holders for the first time, there are special practices in SGK premiums, and there is an incentive application within the changing time period of up to 54 months.
HOW TO OBTAIN A VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE WITHIN THE PROJECT FRAMEWORK?
Our masters can obtain Vocational Qualification Certificates in the competence given below within the framework of cooperation between Alberk QA Academy and SEKİZLİ MACHINE AND CRANE Inc., the manufacturer company.
The examination fees of our masters who are successful within the scope of the project are covered by the Unemployment Insurance Fund (State Incentive).
Our masters who want to obtain Vocational Qualification Certificates in these professions can start their process by applying via the link below. After your pre-application reaches the authorized person, ALBERK QA PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION AND ACADEMIC SERVICES Inc. will contact you to provide more detailed information and help you complete your application process. After your registration is completed, you will be informed of the exam date and time. The successful candidate in the theoretical and performance-based exams conducted according to national qualifications by the Authorized Certification Institution ALBERK QA PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION AND ACADEMIC SERVICES Inc. will receive a Vocational Qualification Certificate and a portable wallet-type Vocational Qualification Identity Card in the same format issued by MYK.
HOW IS THE EXAM ANNOUNCEMENT AND DATE NOTIFIED?
Candidates applying for the certificate will be notified of the exam date and time by phone call and SMS. Successful candidates who participate in the exam will be handed over the documents issued by MYK by the authorized institution against signature.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE EXAM?
It is mandatory for the candidate to have their identity document (identity card, driver's license, or passport) with them when entering the exam. Apart from this, all tools and documents required for the exam are available at the exam centers.

Alberk QA Technical company is an internationally accredited inspection and certification body with DAKKS in Germany, IAS in America, and TÜRKAK accreditations authorized by the Vocational Qualification Institution MYK. Alberk QA has 12 offices and exam centers in Turkey and permanent staff in 21 provinces that can conduct exams in the relevant scopes.
